We can’t guarantee it, however we ask you to send an email to orders@springlandpets.com.au soon as possible to cancel, change, or edit your order/address. Once your order has been assigned a tracking number, we unfortunately cannot modify the order.

You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. To qualify for a full refund, products must be new and unused. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Orders returned after 30 days are eligible for store credit only.

If your order included any promotional or free items, the retail value of those items will be deducted from your refund. This helps ensure fair compensation for the products being returned while accounting for the promotional value received.

Please note: Gifts for first-time customers are considered a complimentary gift with purchase. These promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Orders typically take 1-3 business days (not including weekends or holidays) to process and ship from our warehouse. If you have any questions regarding your order please reach out at orders@springlandpets.com.au. During peak holiday season orders can take up to 3-5 business days to process and leave our warehouse. Once an order ships, tracking will be sent via email.

Orders over $60 (before taxes/discounts) receive free Australian ground shipping!

If you have an order with an out of stock item and an in stock item, the full order will ship when all items are in stock. Please check the specific product page's description for when the out of stock item is expected to ship.

All Springland products include a 1-year warranty from the date purchased. It covers any defects in the materials or how the product(s) was made. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or changes to the product(s) aren’t covered. If you would like to make a claim, please email our customer support team with your order number, proof of purchase, and a quick description (photos are always helpful!). If your case is approved, we’ll send a replacement or provide store credit. Please note: Warranty is only valid for one year from your original purchase date—not from the replacement.

Clean Regularly: Wash the bottle with warm water and mild dish soap after each use. If you choose to use the dishwasher, we recommend placing it on the top rack only.

Dry Thoroughly: After washing, make sure to dry the bottle completely before storing it. Trapped moisture can encourage mold growth over time.

Deep Cleaning: Soak the bowl in a diluted vinegar solution (1 part white vinegar to 3 parts water) or use a baking soda paste (mix baking soda with a small amount of water) to scrub the silicone parts. Let it sit for a few minutes before rinsing thoroughly and drying.
